Post Judgment Divorce Litigation
After a divorce, you may need to revisit the terms of your divorce judgment for reasons such as enforcing compliance with your agreement or modifying the terms of your agreement due to a change in circumstances.
A motion is required for the termination or modification of alimony or spousal support due to cohabitation, remarriage, or retirement. A motion is also required to modify or terminate child support. The Court cannot terminate or modify Child support retroactively prior to filing a motion. It is important to get legal advice on when to file.

Custody and parenting time modifications may be due to relocation, parental
alienation, failure to comply with the existing schedule or other behaviors that do not protect the best interest of the child.
We are experienced in handling support modifications due to a change in income, loss of employment or disability, cohabitation, retirement or emancipation of a child.
